2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Captcha Arena. By using the game you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and nicknames

You choose a public nickname and country to play. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your nickname.
Do not impersonate others or choose a nickname that is offensive, infringing, or misleading.
We may reclaim, rename, or remove nicknames and accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

When using Captcha Arena, you agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, automation, or any method to artificially inflate your score, XP, or leaderboard position.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or reverse-engineer the game or its servers.
Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or spam content in chat.
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them.
Use the game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The game, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by Captcha Arena and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the game without our permission. Chat messages you submit remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them within the game.

6. Advertising and third-party links

The game is free and may be supported by advertising, including ads served by Google and other partners. The game may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that scores and leaderboards will always be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Captcha Arena and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.

9. Changes to the game and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the game (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
